Group Policy over vpn to remote locations

I have several sites that are connected to the main
office. Each site is on it's own subnet. The sites
communicate back to the main office by a T1 line through a
dedicated vpn connection.

Group Policy works fine back at the main office, but will
not flow to the remote locations through the vpn.

Is this possibl and if so how?

The users can log on to the network and use the shared
resources. GP is the only thing not coming down.
