Group Policy & Logon Script

Mike

I have two different questions

1. Group Policy: I have an OU that I set up and applied to
this unit. None of the settings are taking affect on the
users. I have a group called PCUsers in this OU with all
the users that i want this GP applied to in it. It's been
over a full day and it still hasn't taken affect. Is there
something that i'm doing wrong or over looking here? I'm
just doing it the standard way. I'm not linking or
blocking any inheritence.

2. Logon Script: I'm using the default script in SBS. I'm
also adding to it to map drives and printers. I would like
to keep the SBSCLNT.exe in this script in order to push
programs down to the client. On the other hand, i don't
want to have the "company" and "user" folders mapped to
the desktop. Can i add something to the script that would
remove these folders from the desktop during the logon
process after the SBSCLNT has put them there??

Also, I would like to use a VBScript instead of batch. Can
someone help me with this? I only need to map drives and
printers along with the users home share.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mike
