Group Policy Infrastructure failed due

hi,
i am getting this message while running rsop.msc.
"Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below.
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress".
administrator user configuration becomes red. other user,computer
configuration proper.
pls help
