Group policy - 2000 domain controller and XP client

Guest

I have an Windows Server 2000 Active directory domain controller with some 2000 clients and an XP client. When i publish software installations to these machines (installs are shown in Add New Programs), the setups show up fine on the win 2k machines... and i can run them. But, on the XP machine, Add New programs shows that there are no setrups available

The XP machine has been successfully added to the acytive directory domain. Am i missing something? Perhaps the server of the XP client requires something additional in order for this to work??

I can successfully use SMS to push setups out to this XP machine, from the 2k serve domain controller

Any help is much appreciated
