2 Questions

1. How do I set up a password policy for the whole company using Domain
Security Policy? Have never used this program and wanted to set the policy in
AD Users and Computers - Group Policy, but someone told me rather to use
Domain Security Policy. just point me in the right direction.

2. How can I allow users to install programs on the local pc without giving
them Admin rights. The files are on a network drive and they have full access
to the drive. When they try and install, it says: Make sure there is enough
space on the drive and that you have access to the drive. Access denied.
I have tried to go through Group Policy and said on both User and Computer
Configuration: Always Install with Elevated Privileges.

These questions have been answered already. Or so I thought? Did you not
find the answers to both questions acceptable? Both answers are dead on and
I am very sure that everything was covered.
