Greatest and Least Function??

Hello,

I need to use comparison function of "Least" and "Greatest" in Oracle.

For example, Greatest (field1, field2, field3 ....) and if the value of
field2 is the greatest, then return the value of field2.

Could someone tell me the ways of implementing least and greatest functions
in Access?
