Grayed out selections under View

I am trying to learn FrontPage 2003 and have noticed a couple of things that
don't appear to be "working". Under View, I have Folders, Remote Web site,
Reports, Navigation, Hyperlinks and Tasks grayed out. As a result, I only
have Design, Split, Code and Preview selections on the bottom left of the
page. Any help would be appreciated.

Because you don't have a web site opened, those options will be grayed out.
IOW you're looking at a "loose" page, not a page that is included in a web
site.
Did you create a web site? If so you need to open it first.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply. Well, at this point I'm in a state of total
confusion! I was able to do a File, open , one page website. I now see all
of the items that were grayed out. Not sure how I proceed to bring in items
to the newly generated index file...

Double click the file to open it, then edit.
See the help files - choose Table of contents (link under the search box),
and start reading Startup and Settings section from the top.
