Graphics card driver for W2K Advanced Server

I'm running 2000 Advanced Server and for the life of me cannot get a
driver working for my graphics card.

It *is* a problem - because the screen displays 640x480 at 16 colours,
and takes forever to redraw. It's practically unusable.

I've tried the latest and older Catalyst drivers, but on install, the
system just hangs, requiring a hard reboot.

I assume others have run into this problem? Does anyone have a
solution? ATI's website doesn't appear to list anything.

System spec:
Asus A8N SLi Deluxe motherboard
AMD x2 dual core 4600+ CPU
ATI Radeon X800 PCI-Express graphics card, 256MB RAM
PCI-Express Areca ARC-1220 SATA raid controller /w 2 x 300GB Seagate
drives (array A) and 2 x 500GB Seagate drives (array B) (The arrays are
both RAID 0 - this is a development machine only and redundancy is not
required)
SLi mode enabled (can't get RAID controller working any other way)
4GB memory (4 x 1GB sticks) - tried with only 2GB as well
That's about it...
