Graphic in Envelope Template won't print

R

Rachael

I'm trying to create an envelope template with our logo and return address,
but the logo will not print. Neither will an additional graphic I place in
the lower left of the envelope. Only a text box with the the address prints.

I've tried this by downloading and modifying an Office template and also
creating the template from scratch - same problem. This is getting
frustrating and too time consuming. Any ideas?

two ideas:

1. Either you've instructed Word not to print graphics at all (Tools |
Options | Print in versions of Word up to and including 2003), or

2. the printer has trouble printing anything in the vicinity of the logo
in your document.

[If you have estabilshed that #1 is OK, then try positioning a text
entry near this logo and see whether this is printed.]
