gpedit apply policies to all users!

Hi.

I'm trying to limit some users in my computer using
gpedit.msc, but the policies i made affects all users!
I'll try to explain better:

1. I have 3 users: Jon, Mary and Cris.
2. Jon is the administrator, he can see and do what he
wants
3. Mary can't have access to control panel, and can't
install any software. She can browse internet, too.
4. Cris can only brose internet, but only sites that Jon
permits.

So, i run gpedit, logged as Mary. I change her policies,
then log how Cris. Again, apply the policies. But, when i
log with my account, the policies of the other users are
applied to me: i can't see control panel, install new
software and browse internet!

How can i apply the policies to a specific user ?

I don't find nothing in Windows Help. So i ask you,
experts! :)

Thanks!
PS.: My English is not well. Sorry for any
errors/mistakes. :)

In a non-domain environment, GPEDIT makes changes that apply to all users of the machine, regardless of group membership. See www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console for a means of applying the majority of User settings, on a per user basis.
