Google Sponsored Sites HyperLinks Not Working

Google Sponsored Links

When I perform a search on Google I am unable to view or
click on the sponsored sites hyperlinks. As an
advertiser this is important to me. I do not use a third
party internet security software programs that could be
blocking this feature. I have been contacting help@google
for months and they have been horrible in getting back to
me with any useful information. If anyone may know of a
setting or patch (BHO) that may help me I would
appreciate the info.
