Google- Not available

Since removing some spyware from my computer, using Adaware and Spyware
Blaster- whenever I open up internet explorer, the google page opens up and
says Google- Not available at the top of the page- I have goggle set as my
primary search- it works fine but just wondering what has happend to cause
it to say not available- this spyware is getting out of control isn't it

I seem to be free of spyware, I have run Adaware twice (full system scans)
and Spybot Search and Destroy and also Spyware Blaster- it is just since
the cleaning that it has started showing this at the top of the page, (I
mean at the very top left hand edge of the screen) it shows
http://www.google.com/ on the address bar- wonder what got removed to cause
this to show at the top of the page , but like I said, I type in what I am
looking for and it works fine, I do use the google toolbar to type in -
can't trust even screensavers sites, nothing is really free anymore thanks
to spyware
