Google gadgets using memory

I was opening a Publisher document when I go a low memory warning with
4gb of ram. I stopped all the google gadgets except the system
monitor gadget. I was at 50% usage and now I'm at 21% memory usage.
Is there a tool to view memory usage by application?

The Task Manager is good.

have in mind that if you press ctrl-shift-escape in your keyboard the built
in task manager of windows will open, then go to the processes...
