Google gadgets and Windows sidebar

I have both Windows Sidebar and Google gadgets in my laptop computer.
However, i would like to uninstall Google gadgets and use Windows Sidebar
instead but when i try to open Windows Sidebar a message appear says that
"Windows Sidebar is managed by your system administrator" even when i run it
as administrator

* i am using Windows Vista Ultimate and my account is administrator
