go to the next message when I move or delete the one I'm reading

I have done this before but can no longer find the place to change this
setting. I prefer to read my messages from oldest to newest. After I'm done
reading a message I would like to move to the next unread message instead of
the last message I've read.

This is a drop-down box instead of a checkbox. It begins with "After moving
or deleting an open item:" The default is: "Return to the Inbox"
