Global Settings for cache?

Is there a way to set the internet cache size to a default size for all
users on an XP SP2 box? I can change them inidividually, but when a
new user logs on it is back to 10% of the drive... Hopefully this can
be done in regedit, I have not been succesful with IEAK or had any luck
finding it in group policies..

Thanks in advance!

You can set the per user or per machine TIF/cache size in GP:

User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer
Maintenance/Advanced/Corporate Settings - from there you can set it per-user
or per-machine.
