Global contacts via Cell phone

We have an Exchange2k server, and have a new user who
wants to access the Global Address list. I'm not sure
the best method to set this up for him. He has a cell
phone with T-Mobile, and can see his "profile" from his
phone, meaning that he can see all of his mailbox entries
(inbox, sent, contacts, etc.) Problem is he cannot
access the global address book this way. Ideally, I
would like to place it in a public folder, where wireless
and other users could access this global address book and
have it updated automatically with the "main global
address book." Also, it will be important to be able to
choose names from here and add them to any e-mail. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

(The clients are Outlook XP)

The place to start is with T-Mobile, asking them if they would support this and, if not, what other options are available for getting phone book data into the phone.
