Global Close Preview Pane in Outlook 2007

In earlier versions of Outlook we could use the command switch "/nopreview"
to turn the pane off on all folders. This doesn't work in 2007 - error
message about command line argument unreconized.

Is there a way to turn off all preview panes in Outlook 2007?

There should be a setting for that in the .adm file for Outlook 2007, for use with the Group Policy Editor.
