Glitch with Biz Contact "Full Name"

I would like to file my business contacts under their business name (example:
Starbucks) but Outlook only allows for a "Full Name" (first, middle, last).
I have tried saving the complete business name as a last name (leaving the
first and middle name boxes empty). This works sometimes, however when I
move my contacts to a new computer Outlook automatically gives these
companies a first and middle name. The company will be displayed as
"Starbucks, Starbucks." How can I stop this?

Does Business Contact Manager provide any way to save contacts under their
business name?

BCM Accounts have only account name, which maps to Full Name. But it does
not have first, middle and last. When you move your accounts to a new
computer they don't get changed. I think you can solve your problem if you
save Business Contacts as Accounts.

Thanks, This is an idea, but the Account form is so limited with few
selections for phone numbers etc. I used Outlook 2003 with BCM so I could
save my 400 personal friends in the regular "Contacts" and my 1500 person
business mailing list and data base in "Business Contacts." The business
form is really glitchy....I have to clear the cache often. MS didn't make
this to easy to do. The program in all is very very glitchy especially when
it gives someone a middle name when I didn't list it.

By the way, I just started using this microsoft discussion group. How can I
easily find it on the web? How can I easily find replies to my post?
