Gigabit PCI NIC on PCI32/33?

    Do most 10/100/1000 PCI NICs only operate at 100Mbps when connected to a
    33.3 MHz 32-bit PCI bus?

    My trendnet teg-pcitxr works perfectly on pci32/33 but at 350Mb/s
