Ghost Language Toolbars

Hi,
Recently my Windows XP Home startup with some blank toolbars in the
taskbar. At startup, these are see as multiple language toolbars from the
taskbar menu, and can be disabled.
But as soon as one is disable, the choice disappears back to only one
language bar (which is normal) .
However, the ghost toolbar is left hanging there in the taskbar without any
way of getting rid of it and taking up some limited real estate there.
Anyone faced this before? Should I report a bug?
