Getting the Container and menu bars all prettied up

The sample ms databases to download include the really pretty silvery borders
and menu bars, When I open them they come out bland and boring, any way to
spice up what I gueess I would call the access container " the outside
borders etc, to look really nice. If any one can point me in the right
directoin would be apreciated.

I am sorry that I do not understand it clearly, to make us closer to the
resolution, would you please help me clarify it more? For exmaple, which

the border you want?

pics will help more. I understand the information may be sensitive to you,
