Getting Started

I've been doing my research for Access 2003 but I can not seem to get the
hang of it. I have been trying to figure out a way to open a bunch of tables
together and eventually link them all together to make a report based off of
certain things in each individual table. But, I can not get the tables to
look the way that I want them to, like in Excel 2003. I am so lost, so if
anyone could try to explain how to get started in Access in "dummy terms"
that would be great.

I found this book useful. It is based on a series of practical lessons and
come with a CD. You can even have a look inside online.
