Getting rid of 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0

I am looking to get rid of the automatic behavior that creates the
entry 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 route in the routing table. I have several
modems that connect to the same pc and do not want the traffic from one
modem to go through another modem. I have installed static routes to
help this but the one entry keeps showing up every time I
disconnect/reconnect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
