Getting error 0x8002009 when connect to remote fax server

I get connect error 0x8002009 when I try to connect fax
server on Window 2000 from Windox XP.
Is it possible to have remote connection between Window Xp
and window 2000 server?
If yes, how please.
Or I have to have Window Server 2003.
I have a modem on server only.

You need Windows Server 2003 or Small Business Server for Windows 2000. The
Fax service included with Windows 2000 is designed for single user, stand
alone operation and cannot be shared.
