Getting codes from a string type column

Hi guys

I have a string type field called JoinCodes containing 5 codes separated by
spaces, in another table I have identified 3 of the codes, I already have a
routine to look for these 3 codes in field joinCodes and get them, what I
want to do now and I dn’t know how is to get out the other two codes that I
could identify, these codes can be in any position. Basically I want to get
is what I couldn’t get from the JoinCodes field.
