Getting an error when using expressions for reports

I am trying to pull data from different fileds in a table, called Master
Table. I want to create a report that would output this information in a
pragraph form like below...

The epsression I used is this:

= [MasterTable]![Type of Observation] & ". " & [MasterTable]![Observation] &
". " & [MasterTable]![Name]

This is what I want it to look like:

Bad Finding. Person did not do anything and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. POC:
John Doe.

The table fields are "Type of Observation", "Name", and "Observation"

Type of Observation: Bad Finding
Name: John Doe
Observation: Person did not do anything and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

All I get is an error. please help!

Assuming your report has these fields in its Record Source property, you
should be able to use:
=[Type of Observation] & ". " & [Observation] & ". " & [Name]
The name of the text box can't be the name of a field. Also Name is a poor
name for a field since every object in Access has a Name property. Your
[Name] may display the Name of the report rather than the value of a field
named name.
