Get rid of the Language bar

I'm running winxp pro sp2 and want to know how to get rid of the Language
bar tool bar once and for all. I can right click on the task bar, select
tool bars, and un-select the Language bar, but the next time I reboot, its
there again. how can I stop it from coming back?

Double-click it and uncheck the option to have it on the taskbar.

Start\Control Panel\Regional and Language Options\Languages\Details\Language Bar\De-select - Show the Language bar on the desktop

Hi

Right the Language bar, then select Settings>Language Bar - uncheck 'Show
Language bar on the Desktop'
