'get pictures' wizard

Hi all

I'm having the same prob, used to see 'get picture' wizard but has suddenly stopped appearing
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

conect your camera and operat it. see that you can see her listed on MY COMPUTER. now go to RUN on STAR and type in the text box the following: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL. (keep the space between the 32 SH)
now goto : http://www.bigblackglasses.com/staff/downloads/autofix.ex
download it and run it. follow the directions on the screen
thene close the camera and reboot

VOALLA !!!

(DONT FORGET THAT THE CAMMERA HAS TO BE CONNECTED AND OPEN!!!!!)

Have already tried that and also looked in registry but nothing has changed.
