Get back old emails from the original Microsoft Outlook(.pab)?

How do you get back emails from an older version of microsoft Outlook? You
know the .pab files. I need to retrieve old emails from the older version
into the newer version. Any help would be appreciated.

A pab-file doesn't contain e-mails; only addresses. Messages are being kept
in a pst-file. Use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to connect to an
additional pst-file.
