Genuine Advantage Error Report window

In the last several days, each time I powered on my computer (Dell Desktop
with XP Home installed previous to purchase) I get a Error Report window
coming up. I am sure that you all have seen this question many times, but I
am unsure of where to find the answer to get rid of this window popping up. I
have pasted the error message below. I would like help in resolving this as
the version of XP Home I have is legit since I purchased it along with the
computer from Dell.
Thanks,
Jon

AppName: wgatray.exe AppVer: 1.5.532.0 ModName: nmsvc.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00004a7f
