Generic Host Process problem

Recently I started to receive an error message: "Generic Host Process for
Windows 32 encountered a problem." Checking information I guess that this
error might be related to svchost.ex v. 5.1.2600.2180.
How to deal with this?

And now taskbar is discolored instead of blue it is grey/white... How to
fix it?
