Generating Appointment Reports From OL2003

I use a single user copy of OL2003 on my desktop at home (but also synch it
with my HP PDA) and want to use it to track working time spent on different
projects with a couple of different employers for time and exp claimes

It would be really cool if I could generate reports of appoinment by
categories I've set up. Showing, date, start, end tme location etc.

Can I do it straight from excel or can interagate the file using a tool like
Access?

Anyone any pointers appreciatted

A project management tool like Microsoft Project works better for this type
of thing.
