GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT IN MODULE

Program caused a General Protection Fault in module
WWWTOYS.DLL at 0001:3AEF. Choose close. When you close,
and try to re-open same program:
DATABASE.DLL
Opertaion failed.

Any idea how to resolve this problem ?????

What program? If it is third-party software, then contact the mftr.'s
tech support.

Sounds like a problem with "wwwtools," whatever that is, not windows XP.
