GeForce4 on nForece2 (ASUS) Mobo - display problems

Hello; problems when runing games; sometime screen will
flicker during game; game will hang; return to windows
and it appears that the screen is of high brightness /
contrast, or low colours; only a reboot will recover;

Happens on and off; no apparent pattern; Latest error,
message when returned to win; "Windows has recovred
froma device failure... ..save and reboot.."
The screen was low res, and what looked like 16 colours;

1GB Mem
GeForce4 MX GPU 128MB
nForce2 chipset

Daniel, go here www.guru3d.com and try a different Nvidia driver. Make
sure you remove the one your using now
You can download a Detenator Remover from there also.

I had a similar problem with an ASUS motherboard (an
A7V333) with a Athlon 2500, and a GEForce 5200 Ultra. I
just switched versions of drivers several times. I just
downloaded a new universal driver from NVidia, and have
seen no problems yet. Try that one.
