I installed SimCity 4 on my new laptop and it ran fine. When I installed the Rush Hour Expansion Pack, it doesnt work anymore. It froze when i first tried to run it and gave me an error window called "GDriver Window - DirectX" but I couldnt see what was in the window. I restarted the computer and tried running Rush Hour again and it worked just fine. Now I cant run the game anymore at all. I get the same error window everytime I try to run the game and it freezes my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now and I still get the same problem.
I'm running the game on Windows Vista Home Premium with the User Account Control turned off so it wont interfere with anything.
I already looked at the previous post about this problem and I tried doing the compatability mode thing and it didnt work for me.
Is there a way to fix this?
