"gdiplus.dll was not found..."

this error message recommends reinstalling msplayer, which I've downloaded
and done. The funny thing is, when I search the HD for "gdiplus.dll" I find
it. Is there a trick I'm missing?

Your copy of gdiplus.dll may not be in the correct folder.

Where did you find it? It should be located in..........
C:\Windows\System32\........
