Gateway Services for Netware?

If I insta Netware's Client "49SP1aCLTe.exe" will I get the same
functionality as I'd get by installing "Gateway Services for Netware"?

I want to be able to give Microsoft clients access to Netware files.

I have "Gateway Services for Netware" installed but can't access my Netware
server, so thought to install Novell's client to see if I could connect.

Will this allow me to share Netware files through my Win 2000 server?
