Dell make good monitors (it's just a shame their desktop computers aren't as good ;) ) but in that price range the specs are all looking kinda similar.

Here's a Samsung with same spec and better response time for over thirty quid less: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/22Samsung-LS22CMKKFV-Black-Widescreen-5-ms-1680x1050-1000-1

Unfortunately, only real test is to have a look and compare.

If I were in the market, I've always favoured Samsung but would willingly consider Dell and Hyundai. Philips too, but they're pricey.

Dunno mate, if you like the look of the Dell, go for it, you'll be satisfied I'm sure.

Hi Flops,

Thanks for your reply.

I'll have a look at them both and see what one I like best the Samsung one looks very good as well.

Don't forget to check out good old Novatech, they sell Samsung too. But you might also find it interesting to look at their own brand - 22" 5 MS response time £117.99 inc VAT. 3 year on-site warranty (We have been using one of their own-brand monitors on one of the PCs here, for the past 2 years. I can vouch for it being very clear and bright, no dead pixels, etc., and no problems with it.)

This is where I bought my Dell from. I was impressed with their after sales service.

This from Aria has some good reviews.

Happy shopping.

Hi All,

Have been doing some research and I have found this one, it ticks all the boxes and the reviews look good. I also spoke to Novatech Sales through live chat and this was the one they recommended as the best one for under £200.00
