Yes there is a way to get that shortcut back .... so here goes
- First of all ... delete the icon that does not work. Just right-click it,
then scroll down to "delete".
- Now, click on "Start", then on "All Programs"
- Go down to where you see the folder called "Games"
- Right-click it, and select "Explore". A window will open where you'll see
the "Games" folder highlighted on the left pane, and the list of games on the
right pane.
- Right-click the folder called "Games" on the left pane.
- Scroll down and select "Send To"
- In the pop-up menu select "Desktop (create shortcut)
- A new "Games" shortcut will now appear on your Desktop.
