The USA should arrest themselves for all the information they steal from millions of people daily :thumb:
 
Turn off your PC, do not go online for at least 6 months & PANIC!

If you're fairly certain your machine is infected it may be worth popping over to bleepingcomputer.com who exist solely to help folk solve problems such as these.
