game voice headset

were can i buy a replacement headset for my game voice as
the one i have, one of the speekers has just dropped off
for no aparrent reason it is almost two years old. have
tried the link on the microsoft website but it is not
working. tried to use the microsoft help system but
cannot find my p.i.d. number, no it is not on the base of
th gamevoice,
