GAL Distribution List - download properties for mailing list

Is there a simple way to download the addresses from a Distribution List
(with many members) stored in the Global Address List ?? Or is it
possible to write a program in order to do this?? (Outlook 2003)

Export on the Exchange server.

Can you please explain - is there a way to do this??? Who would do this??
Can a simple user do this or would it be done by an Exchange administrator???
