Future Date Insertion Help

I would like to have a date stamp inserted into my
document just like the Date Field that displays the
current date. But I would like the date to be 2 days in
the future. That way, I can have the date on my document
for 2 days in the future. How can I modify the Field code
to show DATE + 2 DAYS?
