Functionality of Messenger 7 has changed - full screen removed??

I have been using the latest version of ms messenger (v7) to communicate with
a friend

It had some great new features such as a one click button to get to a 'video
conference' (you didnt have to connect camera and sound independantly) and
it worked really well. Previous versions where very jerky and sound always
had a bad delay. This update removed all of these problems and was fantatsic.

You could also do full screen on the image you were recieveing with a
picture in picure of your own camera.

Last night we tried to do a web cam using the same messenger software and
it was working very poorly with all these features suddenly not there??

Any ideas whats happening here? Thanks!!!

The configuration server (which lets Messenger know what features are available) has not been
fully functional, so some features might "disappear" like this. Simply try again later.
