I need help permanently removing a toolbar, that just
showed up today. I am using Outlook 2002. I have Windows
2000 Pro OS, and MS Office XP Pro.
When I creat a new e-mail message, a toolbar comes up. It
is the "Fun Tools" toolbar. When I go to View-Toolbars-
Customize, I uncheck this toolbar, and select "Delete".
It removes that toolbar for that one specific message,
however, the next message I create, it is there again.
How do I get rid of this toolbar permanently?
I thank you in advance for your help.
