Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo - DDR memory

I am attempting to upgrade the memory on a Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo 600
(p/n: 83f 095181) - it currently has DDR 512MB PC333.

What spec of memory do I need to upgrade it? I have already acquired
some 512MB PC333 that doesn't work - the PC refuses to boot when its
installed.

Hints anyone?
