FTP Sync

Hi,
I'm looking for a FREEWARE
(not SHAREWARE)
to use on a WinXP PC
with these features:

1-Sync of a local folder and FTP site
2-Choose of file comparison method (Size, CRC, Modified Date, etc)
3-Preview of files that needs Synch
4-Exclusion of some pattern for file/folder (this isn't very important)

I have been searching for this software for some weeks but
I can't find nothing interesting.

Can anyone help me?

Sorry, but I found SyncBackSE
(shareware) not SynckBack,
I'll try it.
