From a DOS Prompt, with internet connection established
case matters

ftp <Enter>
open ftp.ivycomputer.com <Enter>
TFAnon <Enter>
wd323qr <Enter>
put <path/filename> /ANON/<filename> <Enter>
disconnect <Enter>
quit <Enter>

I keep getting error '31037 & '53 messages. I can
download the info to a diskette with no problems. We
have not been able to do a file transfer in several
months. Would it have anything to do with a Windows XP
update?

Do you have "write" permissions in the folder where you are putting the
file, e.g. /ANON?

Downloading to a disk on your own machine is a "get" not a "put".

also, you better go change your password on this server quickly. you've
just broadcast it to the world.
