(FTP) Please recommend Shareware programs that replace Explorer's "Save As"?

Hey . . . I don't like the "Save As" download thing and I want an FTP
program that will override Explorer 6.0's "Save As" and launch the
shareware instead.

Any suggestions of FTP programs that can do the following VERY
appreciated:
1. OVERRIDE Explorer's "Save As" by default and open the FTP client
2. Preserve FILE DATE
3. Preserve FILE TIME
4. Make visible the complete URL of the file being downloaded
5. Create a log of the download

Thanks!

Views Server Files: http://www.visicommedia.com/aceftp/
altho my criteria not same as urs but it has lots
capabilities.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

Yes but . . . how did you get the "Save As" thing to go away? Where,
exactly, is it set up to force Explorer to honor ACE FTP for ALL
downloads, regardless of URL?

Thanks!
